The darkness between Elysion's floating islands thickened as the Nedom Wolven and its forces approached. The screams of countless souls being devoured echoed into the night while the prayers remained unheard. The Dreamer had turned its back on Elysion, the Cynos were gone, but left was their power bestowed to the Dreamlords in a final attempt to stop the Nedom Wolven from devouring Elysion once and for all.

The land shook violently as the Dreamlords gathered to unleash a powerful spell taught by the Cynos. Guided by their new powers, they started to chant. Gnosis siphoned from the dissolving land around them. Even the Dreamlords themselves seemed to dissolve into gnosis and gather in a massive bolt of energy. Like a beacon of hope it shone through the darkness, igniting the spirit of survivors all across Elysion's remaining shards. Out of despair and into the fire, the inhabitants of Elysion took arms against the forces of the devourer.

Surprised by this sudden display of power the Nedom Wolven set course towards the massive bolt of energy, determined to stop the futile attempt at saving Elysion. Only the strongest Dreamlords were yet to be dissolved and join the force of reckoning. The Wolven was upon them, devouring Dreamlord after Dreamlord. Unable to fight back they had no choice but to be devoured while chanting the final words of the spell. The bolt of energy started to rise, and with it the remaining Dreamlords. The land below turned entirely into gnosis and as the Nedom Wolven was about to devour yet another Dreamlord the power was unleashed. A ray of pure gnosis shot through the sky followed by a massive explosion that dissolved everything in it's path. The Nedom Wolven howled in agony and frustration as it was driven away by the powerful spell. Then there was silence and darkness.

Until the bolt of gnosis rose above Elysion as a sun, spreading life and light to the few remaining broken shards of a world. The Cynos were gone, the Dreamlords were gone, the Nedom Wolven driven away, but the Dreamer had noticed the new dawn over Elysion...

And among them, scattered lone survivors, crying in despair, trembling into the core of their brittle bones at the sight of a landscape of slaughtered loved ones, of grotesque abominations slowly feasting on the dead...

...and at the sight of what is coming...

The end starts here. The Nightmares have finally reached a point where they can start mass breeding one of their most powerful beings; the Nightmare Seeder. Armies of Nightmare Seeders and their minions are approaching through the Primordial Ocean and through portals leading to their unforgiving domain. They are here to make the final preparations, to devour what little left is needed for them to be able to call upon the bringer of ultimate destruction and fear – the Nedom Wolven, the Cynos of ultimate Destruction, the devourer of worlds.


During the last days of the Era, you will be able to take on eight quests on your Patria of varying difficulty, from a level of 35 up to 59. Upon completing one of these quests, you have the chance to obtain one of the items from the Corruptor (Dreamlord gear, level 3) set, or a wealth in dissolvable items. Those of you who manage to finish the final and most difficult of these quests will be awarded the Corruptor's Key of Souls, a weapon which is unique for that particular quest. The gear can be traded unless they are soulbound, and cannot be found anywhere else.

The event and Dreamlords: Resurrection will end on September 29th, 10:00 server time.

No one is really sure what has happened to the Flesh Sacs that roamed the Patrias. It is clear that many of them were slain by the courageous inhabitants of Elysion, but all the killing in the world could not seem to quell the stream of the foul couriers. Some theorize that enough of them finally reached their destinations at last, and that whatever dark beings were granted their putrid innards have grown in strength considerably. At any rate, it is certain that things are going to get tougher, and that darkness is coming.


The Flesh Sac's Rancid Remains, as well as any formulas related to this event, will persist through Era restarts. The powerful items they create, however, will not.

Sheit, the Cynos of Nightmares, has sent out his servants with deliveries of resources and weapons to monsters and beasts that are willing to make the life of the Dreamlords and their people difficult.

These servants, simply called Flesh Sacs, are roaming the Patrias. They are living cargo containers, with the only goal in life to carry and defend their contents until they reach their destination, upon which they burst open and die.

If you are lucky enough to see one, and foolish enough to take it on, you might end up with its valuable contents yourself... or your face full of its corrosive innards.

The Flesh Sac monsters that can be found on your Patria can sometimes drop rare formulas that allow you to craft items of nightmarish powers by using the very remains of the slain beasts. For those who do not want to hope for the formulas to drop there is also the option to purchase them in the Altar of Cynos, together with some new and exciting Dreamlord gear! However, you will still need to gather the ingredients to the formulas the old fashioned way.

Be adviced however, that the Flesh Sacs will not stick around forever.

The Flesh Sac's Rancid Remains, as well as any formulas related to this event, will persist through Era restarts. The powerful items they create, however, will not.

Dear Dreamlords gamers,

We started this journey in 2004 and it’s been one filled with challenges and triumphs along the way. We took a beating in 2009 and fell down but we wanted to give it another go and therefore were very excited to partner up with Paradox in 2010 so that we could continue running Dreamlords in a new incarnation.

Over the past year, Lockpick and Paradox have invested time, effort and resources into Dreamlords and we are so grateful to all of you players who have done the same. By now it’s very clear that there just isn’t enough interest in the game to keep it running, both from a financial standpoint but also because the game requires a certain volume of players to fully play out as intended. After thorough analysis we have decided that the time has come to put Dreamlords Resurrection to sleep and let the game itself pass into the realms of the Dreamer.

What does this mean concretely for our players?

• We will continue running the game until around the end of Sept. On Aug 8 this era will end and we will turn off the payment system and convert all your existing Tributes to Ducats*. The Ducats will be valid for all upcoming Paradox Connect titles.
• On Aug 9, we will start a new ERA and increase the influx of free Tribute into the system. No payments will be possible.
• The game will continue to run for one 7 week era or two 4-week eras and finally end after that.
• Paradox will invite all registered Dreamlords players to take part in the early access BETA for upcoming online game Salem. Projected to start in September.

A shadowy creature is standing really close to your home city. Maybe you should go there and see what it is that he, or she, wants... The creature might not hang around forever though, so do not waste too much time.

This is an event that anyone can take part of, regardless of army strength. Event ends on July 14th.

When no hope was left, and all that remained was to slowly witness how an entire world crumbled and vanished to the onslaught of the Nedom Wolven, Cael focused all his powers and all his might to turn back time as far as he could - back to a point where someone could make a change, take a different path, and try to put an end to the Nightmares and hinder the coming of the Wolven. And while doing so, Cael, Cynos of Time, granted the Dreamlords a special gift... a chance to keep going forward and grow stronger than ever before.

Wake up, and meet your people.

After saving a city from certain doom, you and a few brave men leave the safety of home to purge the land from Nightmares and save what is left of this ruined world. Not long after departure a creature appears on the road, there is something familiar about its appearance, but you cannot recall where you have seen it. Your men stand proudly beneath the banner, ready to charge.

The creature looks at you with an empty stare and dutifully announces that it must collect dreams for the master. It starts to charge while chanting ”Dreams for the master... Dreams for the master...” What master is it talking about? What creature has such powers that it can control the minds of others?


This Era a new Nightmare called Dream Collector is spreading throughout the Patria, collecting dreams for a yet to be revealed master. Except this new Nightmare you will also be experiencing one month Eras, increased Soul Gem gains from PvP and new PvP Islands!

Convergences that have solved enough quests will have the chance to defeat the Nedom Incarnate boss which will spawn during this weekend.

Maybe it is just a streak of lucky coincidences or a sudden increase in attention of the Dreamer himself... or maybe it is both. All around Elysion, there is a surge in energy. Fumes of gnosis are almost seeping out from cracks in the ground, and treasure seems to gather like moths to one of the lanterns hanging outside of Warlax's Pub.

For a few days, all Dreamlords will experience double gains (as in quantity) while engaging in Patria missions.

Not everything is forgotten. As Eras pass in the crumbled world of Elysion, so does the lives for everyone living there. Some of them will know bliss, others will feel utter devastation. And when the End of the Era comes around, most of the experiences of the people will be swallowed into oblivion. However, some of the sorrow, happiness and anger will remain through Eras, and even take physical form. When these memories, or "dreams" gather on the same place, it usually doesn't take long for a Pure Nightmare to arrive and exploit the power that is held by memories of old.

Taking control of the gathered Dreams, the Pure Nightmare is able to take them to his own strange domain, where he can properly learn the secrets of past Eras.


During the Week of Dreams, players engaging in PvE-missions may randomly find an entrance to the Dreamplane where several Dreams can be liberated from their physical form, and perhaps even slay a Pure Nightmare.

Are you attempting to slay the Nedom Incarnate? Capture it on film and win 10000 Tribute! The best movie where you try to kill (or maybe succeeds in killing) the Nedom Incarnate will win.

The rules are simple, capture video footage of you battling the Nedom Incarnate. A video between 1-5 minutes is preferred. To capture footage from within the game you can use either Fraps or WeGame. Cut the movie (if you think it's necessary) and upload it to youtube.

Those that can listen to the wakes and vibrations of the Primordial Ocean have sensed it... but it does not take much wisdom to understand that the events that have unfolded so far, with increased presence of monsters and death, are pointing towards a dark future.

The skies are being tainted with the fires of war, and the ground will soon be decorated with a crimson carpet of corpses. And among them, scattered lone survivors, crying in despair, trembling into the core of their brittle bones at the sight of a landscape of slaughtered loved ones, of grotesque abominations slowly feasting on the dead...

...and at the sight of what is coming...

The end starts here. The Nightmares have finally reached a point where they can start mass breeding one of their most powerful beings; the Nightmare Seeder. Armies of Nightmare Seeders and their minions are approaching through the Primordial Ocean and through portals leading to their unforgiving domain. They are here to make the final preparations, to devour what little left is needed for them to be able to call upon the bringer of ultimate destruction and fear – the Nedom Wolven, the Cynos of ultimate Destruction, the devourer of worlds.


During the last days of the Era, you will be able to take on eight quests on your Patria of varying difficulty, from a level of 35 up to 59. Upon completing one of these quests, you have the chance to obtain one of the items from the Corruptor (Dreamlord gear, level 3) set, or a wealth in dissolvable items. Those of you who manage to finish the final and most difficult of these quests will be awarded the Corruptor's Key of Souls, a weapon which is unique for that particular quest. The gear can be traded unless they are soulbound, and cannot be found anywhere else.





A Nedom Incarnate will spawn on Edge of Oblivion (PvP Island) this saturday (30/4) 19:00 server time. It will take more than courage to bring this powerful Nightmare down. This new boss drops ”Eyes of the Nedom Wolven” which is essential to complete the final quest, ”All Good Things Must come to an End”. Make sure to get the boss first as only one Nedom Incarnate will spawn this era.

To stand a chance against the Nedom Incarnate you will need to forge the "Twin Blades of Hindrance" and "Essence of Nedom". With the weapon you create from this you might stand a chance against the mighty Incarnate.

You get "Twin Blades of Hindrance by  completing the playable quest named "Death is inevitable" which is enabled by a Convergence quest. "Essence of Nedom" is aquired by completing the "Dissolving your soul" Convergence quest.


World's Dusk and this Era ends on 5th of May at 10:00 Server time.

Not everything is forgotten. As Eras pass in the crumbled world of Elysion, so does the lives for everyone living there. Some of them will know bliss, others will feel utter devastation. And when the End of the Era comes around, most of the experiences of the people will be swallowed into oblivion. However, some of the sorrow, happiness and anger will remain through Eras, and even take physical form. When these memories, or "dreams" gather on the same place, it usually doesn't take long for a Pure Nightmare to arrive to exploit the power that is held by memories of old.

Taking control of the gathered Dreams, the Pure Nightmare is able to take them to his own strange domain, where he can properly learn the secrets of past Eras.


During the Week of Dreams, players engaging in PvE-missions can randomly find an entrance to the Dreamplane where several Dreams can be liberated from their physical form, and perhaps even slay a Pure Nightmare.

In order to promote the coming of spring, and the rebirth of nature, people all around Elysion are celebrating Week of the Lifegiver. They share festively painted eggs containing surprises and treats, and sing and dance the winter away.


Week of the Lifegiver is an in-game event that starts 18th of April, where you will have a chance to find eggs all over your patria during PvE missions! Smash them and gather the remains in order to build your own headgear, or maybe even conjure up a little Gruntbaby Egg that follows you around!

The event ends on 25th of April.

Maybe it is just a streak of lucky coincidences or a sudden increase in attention of the Dreamer himself... or maybe it is both. All around Elysion, there is a surge in energy. Fumes of gnosis are almost seeping out from cracks in the ground, and treasure seems to gather like moths to one of the lanterns hanging outside of Warlax's Pub.


For a few days, all Dreamlords will experience double gains (as in quantity) while engaging in Patria missions.


Celestial Surge will end on monday 18th of April, 10:00 (GMT+1).

The Flesh Sacs have withdrawn from Elysion

No one is really sure what has happened to the Flesh Sacs that roamed the Patrias. It is clear that many of them were slain by the courageous inhabitants of Elysion, but all the killing in the world could not seem to quell the stream of the foul couriers. Some theorize that enough of them finally reached their destinations at last, and that whatever dark beings were granted their putrid innards have grown in strength considerably. At any rate, it is certain that things are going to get tougher, and that darkness is coming.


The Flesh Sac's Rancid Remains, as well as any formulas related to this event, will persist through Era restarts. The powerful items they create, however, will not. The formulas will be buyable in the Altar of Cynos until 12th of April.

     A disturbing kind of Treasure hunt!

The Cynos of Nightmares has sent out his servants with deliveries of resources and weapons to monsters and beasts that are willing to make the life of the Dreamlords and their people difficult.

These servants, simply called Flesh Sacs, are roaming the Patrias. They are living cargo containers, with the only goal in life to carry and defend their contents until they reach their destination, upon which they burst open and die.

If you are lucky enough to see one, and foolish enough to take it on, you might end up with its valuable contents yourself... or your face full of its corrosive innards.

The Flesh Sac monsters that can be found on your Patria can sometimes drop rare formulas that allow you to craft items of nightmarish powers by using the very remains of the slain beasts. For those who do not want to hope for the formulas to drop there is also the option to purchase them in the Altar of Cynos, together with some new and exciting Dreamlord gear! However, you will still need to gather the ingredients to the formulas the old fashioned way.

Be adviced however, that the Flesh Sacs will not stick around forever.

The Flesh Sac event will run from 4th of April to 11th of April

Sheit, the Cynos of Nightmares, is preparing to send out his servants all across Elysion. These servants, called Flesh Sacs, are living cargo containers with the order to deliver weapons and resources to the enemies of the Dreamlords.


In this upcoming event you will be able to gather formulas and ingredients which persist over eras. With these formulas and ingredients powerful weapons and armors can be created. Be ready, the Flesh Sacs are coming monday 4th of April after Week of the Warrior has ended (10:00, GMT+1).

Deira, the Cynos of Life, and the ancient warlord Ghunan has momentarily made a pact and will grant every Dreamlord with their blessings during the Week of the Warrior. The Blessing of Deira helps you bring back fallen troops to life (PvP only, increases your Field Medical Points), and the Blessing of Ghunan, that magically causes your weapons and gear to retain their durability when fighting other Dreamlords on the Duelling Grounds. Together, Ghunan and Deira bless the Dreamlords with the gift of Celestial War Surge, giving the Dreamlords increased soul shard rewards when battling each other.


The Fight is on!

We are happy to announce Week of the Warrior in Dreamlords Resurrection. This time around it will be for a full one week period starting Monday March 28th at 10.00 am (GMT+1).

Not only will the player have much more Medical Points to resurrect their fallen brethren after a PVP fight, the durability of weapons used in PVP will retain their durability. This is not all, this Era we offer the players inscreased soul gem rewards from PVP battles.

At the end of the event, we will grant great Dreamlord Gear prizes to the 1st through 10th place holders of the Battle Rating ladder, as well as additional prizes to lucky winners randomly selected from groups of the Battle Rating ladder. The higher up on the ladder you are, the greater the chance is that you will win something. 

As for the Tribute Award, the higher Battle Rating you have, the higher the prize will be, even though the Battle Rating doesn’t affect the chance of winning the tribute awards.

Prestigious and valuable rewards await those brave and skilled enough to claim them! Prizes will be based upon the Battle rating ladder when the event ends at 10.00 am (GMT+1) Monday April 4th.

Deira, the Cynos of Life, and the ancient warlord Ghunan discussing the terms of a pact. These rumors spread across your lands as you give orders to rally the troops, sharpen the blades and fortify the defences.

Week of the Warrior PvP event is starting next week (28/3). Medical costs will be reduced and prizes will be handed out to the players that are in the top of the PvP Battle Rating ladder at the end of this "PvP Feast". More info on this next week!

At 10:00 server time (CET) we will take the game server down for a while to release a new patch.

• Enabled unused Dreamlord item slot.
• Made Dreamlord customization screen work in lower resolutions.
• Updated Paradox Connect code with fix for password issues.
• Added support for notifications of certain events. Currently implemented for territories being under attack (message in convergence chat) and when a "first" medal is earned (message in main chat).

The event ends on March 21st.

The world of Elysion was yet unaware of the glowing presence soon to wake from its slumber. Under the glowing sun, the lands were scarred, cities in ruins and the people in despair. The Dreamer had abandoned them as a result of their bloodshed and wars. They prayed for him to return, and for the Cynoses to aid them. Little did they know that these prayers were heard, but not by the Cynoses, nor by the Dreamer. All over Elysion Dreamlords were waking up from their slumber, ready to banish all Nightmares and draw the attention of the Dreamer back to Elysion once more.
